I like an image on your site and I would like to purchase it. What do I do?

We are right now finalizing the secure shopping cart on our site that will enable you to simply purchase any image you see on our web site. For now, to purchase an image, send an email to photography@superpanoramas.com and we will be glad to help you. In most cases, we will get back with you within 24 hours, most of the time sooner.

I am a photographer. Can I submit my work to you to be displayed on your web site?

Sure! We are always on the lookout for talented photographers who can add new color to our galleries. If your images meet the requirements of SuperPanoramas.com and you agree to our terms, we can showcase your work on our web site. Please contact us at photography@superpanoramas.com and send us some samples of your work and any details about the images and yourself you want us to know. We will get back with you and if your work fits the profile of our site, you can get your work added to the SuperPanoramas.com galleries. Please note that we are specialized in panoramic and super high resolution photography and will only accept images in these two categories.

Where are you located?

We are a Canadian company located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Can you ship prints to my country/area?

We ship worldwide. Depending on your location, the image will be forwarded to our partner who is nearest to your location who will produce a high quality print per the specifications you request when purchasing the image, and ship it to your address. You will be informed of the exact total cost, including shipping before you purchase the print.

How can I be sure that the prints I order will be high quality?

To ensure that our prints are of the highest quality possible, we only work with carefully selected printers in every area and personally verify that their work meets our standards before we start working with them. Our printing partners are hand-picked companies who are capable of creating the highest quality prints.

I see pictures on your site that are not panoramic images - I thought you specialized in panoramic images only.

I find your images expensive compared to other stock image sites. Why?

The images on our site are priced based on the resolution of the image. Since this is a specialty and such super-high resolution images cost much more to produce than conventional images in terms of equipment, skill and manhours, they cost more.

However, we realize that you may just need a "normal" resolution image for a design or other project, and we can facilitate such with a unique feature of our site - custom re-sizing of images. In other words, you can order a high resolution image at a lower resolution you specify, and the price will be significantly lower. The lower the resolution you specify, the lower the price. Our prices at "normal" resolution are comparable, and actually most of the time less expensive than similar images at stock photo sites. See for yourself - click on "Get Price" next to any image, and see the price change as you change the requested resolution.

You can get images at lower resolutions, suitable, for example, for use on web sites at a very economical price - while you still get the same top quality, beautiful images.
