You can purchase the right to use the images on our web site as downloads or prints. Purchasing an image from SuperPanoramas.com as a print only entitles you to use the print you received - you are not allowed to make any copies of it. Purchasing an image as a download entitles you to use only that exact image at the resolution you selected and with the conditions of usage you selected at the time of purchase, which will be specified on your invoice. This right does not include reselling the image in any form. If you want to change the conditions of your license, please contact us so we can accommodate your needs. You can use the image and sell your own work containing the image (such as a brochure design including the image), but not the image itself (such as a web page, postcard or calendar displaying the image on its own right as a picture). You may not sell or give away the image to any third party or allow any use of the image by a third party different from the person or legal entity that purchased it from us. Providing others with printed, displayed or electronic copies of the images without our written authorization is a violation of copyright laws, even if you don't charge for it. We have the right to prosecute such violations to protect the legal rights of the copyright owner(s).

To arrange any use other than permitted on the invoice you received from us when you purchased the image, you must contact us and have our written permission prior to any such use.

Unless specified differently on your invoice (as in the case of purchasing exclusive rights to an image), full rights to the original image are retained by its original owner who has the right to use it as he wishes, including reselling it to others.
